En cuyo proceso de recolección de información, se utilizó como instrumento una lista de cotejo que fue aplicada a través de una guía de entrevista, que permitió medir las dimensiones de la variable de estudio, la misma que fue validada mediante juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad estadística de alfa de Cronbach del 0.802 en la variable rendimiento laboral; la población de estudio comprendió a 71 colaboradores involucrados de la institución. Los resultados obtenidos se procesaron mediante el análisis estadístico que revelaron un promedio de 2.66% de colaboradores presentan un rendimiento laboral poco adecuado.

In the data collection process, a checklist was used as an instrument, which was applied through an interview guide that allowed measuring the dimensions of the study variable, which was validated through expert judgment and the statistical reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.802 in the work performance variable; the study population comprised 71 collaborators involved in the institution.
