La metodología tuvo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo básica, con un diseño fenomenológico, se aplicó una entrevista a 8 participantes, entre ellos operadores de la justicia. Los resultados indican que retirar al agresor del hogar es efectivo para proteger a las mujeres víctimas de violencia familiar en Lima Norte. Además, los entrevistados coinciden en que esta medida permite a las mujeres escapar de un ambiente hostil, interrumpiendo el ciclo de abuso y contribuyendo a una disminución significativa de la violencia reafirma el derecho de las mujeres a vivir en un entorno más seguro. Se concluyó que esta acción garantiza a la seguridad inmediata de las víctimas y les ofrece la oportunidad de reconstruir sus vidas, junto con el acceso a apoyo integral, como asesoría y atención psicológica.
