El café peruano de tipo arábica es reconocido a nivel mundial debido a sus distintos perfiles de sabor, aroma y acidez; sin embargo, la exportación de este producto ha descendido notablemente en los últimos años, a causa de diversos eventos acontecidos en el país e internacionalmente. Por ello, en el siguiente trabajo de investigación se han propuesto cuatro factores a evaluar: hectareaje y producción de café, rendimiento y clima, tipo de cambio real y precio mundial, con la finalidad de determinar cómo afectan a la exportación de café. Para un adecuado análisis se indagará en los diferentes trabajos relacionados a la exportación de café en el Perú, que se utilizarán como marco teórico; por otro parte, se presentará información, gráficos y tablas relacionados a los factores a evaluar con el propósito de responder las hipótesis y objetivos previamente planteados, asimismo ofrecer recomendaciones. |

Therefore, in the following research work, four factors have been proposed to evaluate: hectare and coffee production, yield and climate, real exchange rate and world price, to determine how to send coffee for export.
