Sumario:The following Project, consists of the launch of the new chain of sports supplements that is part of the Company: Mazeta S.A.C: “Mutant Store” made up of products called “Mutant” which will arrive in november 2023 and seeks to position its differential value: Zero cost delivery, for clients who train in gyms: Smart Fit and Bodytech, collecting the product there, emphatizing ecommerce. In addition, the stores will be located at: Caminos del Inca Shopping Center, Paso 28 Shopping Center and Ovalo Gutierrez. The objective is to achieve a 20% market share at the end of the first year of launch. To achieve this, i made a market investigation, in addition to target, so we will understand their behavior, taking into account that it is a niche in market. Mutant Store is created for them, sports supplements whose purpose is to provide them stenght, vitality, muscles, and increase their performance. With this, we create a media strategy to be able to meet the objectives and will be measured by KPIs to determine their effectiveness.
