In the following work, the elaboration of a strategic plan for the Bureau Veritas group was carried out. It is important to mention that this work was made up of the knowledge I obtained throughout my Administration career. The development of the work is divided into two stages. In the first stage, an analysis of the macroenvironment and microenvironment was carried out, this analysis allowed knowing the opportunities and threats presented by the industry in Peru and the strengths and weaknesses of the Bureau Veritas group compared to its competitors. Counting on all the factors, analyzes were elaborated through different management tools. And in the second stage, the formulation and implementation of the proposed strategy through a strategic plan was carried out, for which it was necessary to redesign the vision of the company in order to include new market segments. And finally, they considered developing indicators in order to have a comprehensive level strategic control.
