The factory where the production and administration areas will be located will count with 1.655 square meters and the total land of the company will be 50 acres considering the blueberry fields. The investment needed to execute the project is S / 9 350 731, 80% which will be financed by a bank and the remaining 20% by own capital. The economic flow of the project reflects an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 40% and a recovery period of 3,23 years. |

La demanda del proyecto para el último año evaluado es de 342 toneladas y cada kilogramo será comercializado a un precio de venta de US$ 12,48. El proceso de producción para el producto final consiste en la cosecha, calibración, inspección y envasado de los arándanos. La nave industrial donde se encontrará las áreas de producción y administrativa contará con 1.655 m2 y el terreno total de la empresa será de 20 hectáreas. La inversión necesaria para ejecutar el proyecto es de S/ 9 350 731, monto que será financiado al 80% por una entidad bancaria y el 20% restante por capital propio.
