Actualmente es un referente en la exportación de productos agrícolas sostenibles (ready to eat). No obstante, no existe un sentimiento de equipo dentro de la compañía. Las áreas operativas se sienten aisladas y poco integradas con las áreas administrativas y con los líderes del negocio. Esta falta de integración afecta a la retención del personal y al cumplimiento de las metas comerciales de la organización. Por ello, el presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional plantea implementar un plan de comunicación interna con el objetivo de fomentar la integración de los diferentes perfiles y mejorar el clima laboral.
