Campos Cultivados is an agroindustrial company that presented complications hiring temporary personnel for the 2022 harvest campaign, due to the lack of support and empathy from the different staff and support units in Lima towards the temporary personnel which is needed for crops. This constitutes a risk in compliance with product quality standards, since the work is mostly manual. Likewise, there is a perceived lack of knowledge of field work and its meaning for the development of business and industry. Finally, an internal communication plan aimed at administrative members is proposed to revalue the importance of the role of field workers for the progress of the company. The purpose of this plan is to develop real and sensitive empathy for the requirements of temporary workers from the central areas. In addition to this, generate a motivation campaign for the temporary worker with the purpose of generating a good experience and making them feel like returning in future company harvest campaigns.
