The article aims to provide, as far as possible, a comprehensive view of how different branches of law must adapt and evolve in response to the advancement of AI.El artículo examina los retos y tendencias de la Inteligencia Artificial desde una perspectiva jurídica internacional y nacional, enfocándose en casos relevantes en México y en el mundo. Se analiza el marco jurídico actual y su interpretación, subrayando la importancia de considerar la Inteligencia Artificial como una herramienta cuya responsabilidad recae en sus usuarios. Además, se exploran los Derechos Humanos involucrados y la capacidad jurídica de la Inteligencia Artificial en términos de derechos y obligaciones, destacando algunos precedentes judiciales en México.
