Artificial Intelligence is currently a topic of debate and analysis in various sectors. This legal article addresses three aspects that are considered relevant from the perspective of intellectual property. The first examines whether the product of “AI’s creative labor” could be protected under copyright law and the scope of such protection. It then analyzes the subject of protection, and finally, it explores the commercial aspect of using this tool and its products in the general goods and services market, as well as in the market for intellectual works and productions, and even in the market for artistic services.
