Esta publicación recopila dichos informes para llevarlos al alcance de la comunidad jurídica en general. El CICAJ agradece a la Fundación para el debido proceso (DPLF por sus siglas en inglés) por ser una aliada internacional por su experiencia en temas de independencia judicial en América Latina, y a National Endowment for Democracy (NED), cuyo apoyo ha sido fundamental para poder concretar este aporte de la academia para que la JNJ cumpla con sus potestades constitucionales.
