Then, it analyzes both its legal and regulatory framework and, finally, it analyzes its deficiencies and offers proposals to improve it from a regulatory perspective.El presente artículo desarrolla el marco normativo vigente para el Cannabis Medicinal en el Perú. Para ello, en primer lugar, presenta y desarrolla ciertos conceptos clave para entender las propiedades medicinales del Cannabis y sus componentes. Posteriormente, analiza la relación entre el derecho fundamental a la salud y sus elementos con el Cannabis Medicinal.
