Metodología: estudio monográfico, descriptivo, retrospectivo, mediante revisión bibliográfica. Resultados: según la búsqueda bibliográfica se encontró 35 artículos de revistas de enfermería indexadas, con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos se depuraron 10 artículos quedando 25 artículos seleccionados, la mayoría son de la base de datos de PubMed y Dialnet, en la mayoría de los años 2020 y 2022 de metodología cuantitativa. Conclusión: En cuanto a la producción bibliográfica revisada, se encontraron intervenciones sobre el cuidado de enfermería en el tratamiento combinado del dolor durante el postoperatorio inmediato, donde se considera la administración farmacológica según indicación médica; así como las intervenciones no farmacológicas: intervenciones físicas, psicoeducativas, psicosociales y cognitivo conductuales.

Objective: To analyze the available bibliographic production on nursing care in the combined treatment of pain in the immediate postoperative period. Methodology: monographic, descriptive, retrospective study, through bibliographic review. Results: according to the bibliographic search, 35 articles from indexed nursing journals were found, with the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 articles were purified, leaving 25 articles selected, the majority are from the PubMed and Dialnet database, in the majority of the years 2020 and 2022 of quantitative methodology.
