Objetivo: Determinar la exactitud diagnóstica de la ecografía y resonancia magnética en el acretismo placentario en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, 2020 – 2023. Materiales y métodos: Se empleará un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, retrospectivo, transversal de evaluación de pruebas diagnósticas. Se empleará el análisis descriptivo e inferencial y de dispersión (desviación estándar) para las variables cualitativas y cuantitativas.
