Se define como el sangrado que se produce dentro de los ventrículos del cerebro. La principal medida preventiva para la disminución de riesgo es la implementación de cuidados de enfermería enfocados en el neurodesarrollo, previniendo secuelas a largo plazo. Objetivo: Describir los cuidados de enfermería en neonatos prematuros para reducir el riesgo de hemorragias intraventriculares en estudios publicados entre el año 2018 al 2022 Metodología: Estudio monográfico, descriptivo, retrospectivo, mediante revisión bibliográfica. La búsqueda realizada se orientó a los cuidados de enfermería en prematuros para evitar el riesgo de Hemorragia intraventricular. Resultados: Los resultados encontrados muestran que el personal de enfermería contribuye en la prevención de riesgo y complicaciones de hemorragia intraventricular en recién nacidos prematuros. Conclusión: Las intervenciones para reducir el riesgo y posibles complicaciones se basa en aplicar conocimientos científicos para realizar un adecuado manejo ambiental, manejo de ruidos, manejo de dolor y postural en los neonatos pretérminos para evitar posteriores complicaciones a nivel cerebral.

It is defined as bleeding that occurs within the ventricles of the brain. The main preventive measure to reduce risk is the implementation of nursing care focused on neurodevelopment, preventing long-term sequelae. Objective: To describe nursing care in premature neonates to reduce the risk of intraventricular hemorrhage in studies published between 2018 and 2022. Methodology: Monographic, descriptive, retrospective study, through bibliographic review. The search carried out was oriented to nursing care in premature infants to avoid the risk of intraventricular hemorrhage. Results: The results found show that the nursing staff contributes to the prevention of risk and complications of intraventricular hemorrhage in premature newborns.
