description Objetivo: Determinar las características demográficas y clínicas asociadas con la supervivencia general y la supervivencia libre de enfermedad al año en pacientes con carcinoma urotelial músculo invasivo del INEN, Lima 2016 – 2021. Diseño del estudio: De diseño observacional, analítico, retrospectivo y longitudinal; con análisis de supervivencia a través de la revisión de historias clínicas. Población y muestra: Pacientes con diagnóstico anatomopatológico de carcinoma urotelial músculo invasivo del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas (INEN) en el periodo 2016 – 2021. Procedimientos y técnicas: Se realizará el análisis estadístico inicial a nivel descriptivo y un análisis bivariado para comparar características entre grupos de supervivencia. Se utilizará el método de Kaplan Meier para evaluar la supervivencia en el tiempo y calcular Hazard Ratios (HR) crudos y ajustados mediante la regresión de Cox con un nivel de confianza del 95%.
