El COVID-19 representa un gran desafío no sólo para la ciencia sino para la población en general, ya que al ser ésta una enfermedad nueva, va acompañada de mucho miedo e incertidumbre. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de incertidumbre de los pacientes en tratamiento de hemodiálisis de una clínica privada en Lima en el contexto de la pandemia por COVID-19. Material y método: El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal. 82 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en hemodiálisis de la clínica en investigación conformaran la población. El instrumento a utilizar será un cuestionario de la Escala de la incertidumbre de Mishel de 17 ítems Plan de análisis: Los datos serán cifrados y posteriormente ingresados a una base de datos creada en el programa Ms Excel para el análisis correspondiente con el programa estadístico Stata versión 16.0. |

COVID-19 represents a great challenge not only for science but for the population in general, since this is a new disease, it is accompanied by a lot of fear and uncertainty. Objective: To determine the level of uncertainty of patients under hemodialysis treatment at a private clinic in Lima, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and method: The study will have a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach. 82 patients with chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis from the clinic under investigation will make up the population.
