description Se desarrollará un planeamiento estratégico para el Centro de Salud Comunitario (CSMC) “Nuevo Perú” en un contexto sanitario sin precedentes causado por la pandemia por COVID-19. Acorde a ello, se analizará los diferentes procesos y estructuras gerenciales del CSMC que fue inaugurado el 25 de julio del 2019, el cual es un establecimiento de categoría I-3 que realiza actividades de promoción de la salud mental, prevención de riesgos y tratamiento oportuno de las alteraciones mentales. Su eje de intervención es la persona, familia y comunidad de la jurisdicción de San Juan de Lurigancho. En la actualidad, se ha podido identificar deficiencia de documentos de gestión, dependencia financiera de la Red Integrada de Salud Lima Centro (DIRIS) y una limitada cultura organizacional relacionada al conocimiento de la visión, misión y aspectos estratégicos del CSMC, lo que podría obstaculizar la consecución de los objetivos institucionales. De esta manera, se propone elaborar un planeamiento estratégico para el Centro de Salud Comunitario (CSMC) “Nuevo Perú” para el 2021-2026. Ello implica realizar un estudio de carácter descriptivo. Adicionalmente, se hará uso de fuentes secundarias como documentación y la aplicación de un instrumento a los usuarios internos del CSMC con previa autorización de los mismos. Para lograr plantear estrategias efectivas que permitan que el CSMC sea considerado como una institución investigadora, docente y líder en la atención de la salud mental y bienestar comunitario a nivel nacional utilizando herramientas tecnológicas de la información y comunicación fomentando la participación comunitaria e intersectorial.

We will analyze the different processes and management structures of the CSMC that was inaugurated on July 25TH, 2019, it has a category I-3, facility that performs activities of mental health promotion, risk prevention and timely treatment of mental disorders. Its principal intervention is to the person, family and community of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima. At present, it has been possible to identify deficiencies in management documents, financial dependence on the Red Integrada de Salud Lima Centro (DIRIS) and a limited organizational culture related to the knowledge of the vision, mission and strategic aspects of the CSMC, which could hinder the achievement of institutional objectives.Thus, it is proposed to elaborate a strategic planning for the Community Health Center (CSMC) "Nuevo Perú" for 2021-2026. This implies carrying out a descriptive study. Additionally, secondary sources will be used, such as documentation and the application of an instrument to the internal users of the CSMC with their prior authorization.
