En cuanto a metodología, se realizó una investigación básica con enfoque cuantitativo y con diseño descriptivo simple. Para realizar esta investigación se utilizó como fuente secundaria la Base de datos ENDO Remota. Por ello, se descargó la información para luego analizarla mediante la herramienta Microsoft Excel 2021. La muestra la conformaron 397 docentes de educación inicial de la región Callao que respondieron a la Encuesta nacional de docentes, realizada por el Ministerio de Educación. Por lo cual, se concluye que las docentes del nivel inicial padecen de enfermedades físicas como problemas de garganta, de voz, sobrepeso y obesidad; asimismo, padecen enfermedades mentales como el estrés y la ansiedad ocasionadas por condiciones personales (sexo femenino y edad adulta), familiares; (número de habitantes y grupo de riesgo), y laborales (horas pedagógicas para el acompañamiento y monitoreo de estudiantes).

Therefore, it is proposed as a general objective: to analyze the outlook of physical and mental health of teachers of early education in the Callao region according to the remote national survey of teachers of public institutions (endo-remotely) 2020. In terms of methodology, basic research was conducted with a quantitative approach and a simple descriptive design. For this research, the remote endo database was used as a secondary source. Therefore, the information was downloaded and then analyzed using the Microsoft excel 2021 tool. The sample was made up of 397 teachers of initial education from the Callao region who responded to the national survey of teachers, carried out by the ministry of education.
