We refer to the “physical withdrawals of capacity and energy from the SEIN for the attention of the regulated market”, by the different distribution companies without having a PPA signed and valid with any generating power company.El objeto del presente artículo consiste en mostrarle al lector un panorama general sobre un problema que ocurrió en el sector eléctrico peruano en el 2004 y que lamentablemente aún produce efectos prácticos y jurídicos en el ordenamiento vigente, pues no ha podido ser resuelto y solucionado de manera integral y definitiva.
