Descripción
Sumario:The growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in educational settings makes it necessary to understand how its implementation influences teachers’ job satisfaction, especially when personal factors that may shape this experience are involved. Within this framework, the study aims to analyse how sociodemographic variables such as gender and age condition teachers’ job satisfaction associated with the use of AI, taking into account possible differences in the way teachers perceive and incorporate these technologies into their daily practice. To this end, a questionnaire was administered to 51 teachers in order to compare perceptions between men and women and to identify potential differences across different age groups. The analysis confirms significant differences by gender, with men reporting higher satisfaction, whereas age does not appear to be a determining factor. This study highlights the need for inclusive training policies that reduce gaps and promote a balanced integration of AI into teaching practice.
