| Sumario: | This research aimed to determine the relationship between the organizational culture and the job satisfaction of Espinar teachers in Cusco department. It worked under a quantitative approach, with a correlal design.The population consisted of nineteen teachers from the Tupac Amaru secondary school in Espinar province to whom the participating synchronous survey technique was applied through a questionnaire that allowed variables to be measured. results showed high levels of organizational culture and job satisfaction in teachers resulting from the collaborative work that is done in the institution, as well as the recognition of parents and students towards their teachers, concluding that there is a close relationship and high degree of dependence between organizational culture and the job satisfaction of teachers. |
