description This research aimed to determine the relationship between the organizational culture and the job satisfaction of Espinar teachers in Cusco department. It worked under a quantitative approach, with a correlal design.The population consisted of nineteen teachers from the Tupac Amaru secondary school in Espinar province to whom the participating synchronous survey technique was applied through a questionnaire that allowed variables to be measured. results showed high levels of organizational culture and job satisfaction in teachers resulting from the collaborative work that is done in the institution, as well as the recognition of parents and students towards their teachers, concluding that there is a close relationship and high degree of dependence between organizational culture and the job satisfaction of teachers.

Se trabajó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño correlacional. La población estuvo constituida por diecinueve docentes de la institución educativa secundaria Túpac Amaru de la provincia de Espinar a quienes se aplicó la técnica de encuesta sincrónica participante a través de un cuestionario que permitió medir las variables. Los resultados mostraron altos niveles de cultura organizacional y satisfacción laboral en los docentes producto del trabajo colaborativo que se hace en la institución, así como el reconocimiento de los padres y estudiantes hacia sus profesores, llegándose a la conclusión que existe una estrecha relación y alto grado de dependencia entre la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los profesores.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar a relação entre a cultura organizacional e a satisfação no trabalho entre os professores de Espinar, no departamento de Cusco. A pesquisa foi realizada sob uma abordagem quantitativa, com um desenho correlacional. A população foi composta por dezenove professores da escola secundária Túpac Amaru, na província de Espinar, aos quais foi aplicada a técnica de pesquisa participante síncrona por meio de um questionário que permitiu a medição das variáveis.
