La investigación fue descriptivocorrelacional, la población estuvo integrada por300 docentes de las instituciones educativas delnivel secundario de zona urbana del ConsejoEducativo Municipal del distrito de Yarinacochay la muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por135 profesores. La técnica de investigación fuela encuesta y el instrumento, el cuestionario. Laprincipal conclusión fue que existe relación entreclima institucional y desempeño docente, siendopositiva.The present investigation had as main problemto know the degree of relationship between theinstitutional climate and the teaching performancein the educational institutions of the secondarylevel of the urban area of the Municipal EducationalCouncil of Yarinacocha-Pucallpa; The generalobjective was to establish the degree of relationshipbetween the institutional climate and the teachingperformance in the educational institutions of thesecondary level of the headquarters. The researchwas descriptive correlational, the populationwas made up of 300 teachers of the educationalinstitutions of the secondary level of urban area ofthe Municipal Educational Council of the district ofYarinacocha and the study sample was made upof 135 teachers. The research technique was thesurvey and the instrument, the questionnaire.
