It is concluded that the labor performancevariable is significantly related with the administrativemanagement of the Private University of Pucallpa2018-2019.El estudio posee como objetivo, el determinarla relación existente entre el desempeño laboral y lagestión administrativa de la Universidad Privada dePucallpa, 2018-2019. En la metodología se utilizó eldiseño descriptivo correlacional, teniendo en cuentacomo muestra de la investigación, a 32 trabajadoresadministrativos, se aplicó la estadística descriptivamediante el Programa SPSS-V.22, la confiabilidaddel Alfa de Cronbach de la variable desempeñolaboral resultó 0,859 y de la variable gestiónadministrativa fue 0,845; los resultados fueron: detodos los trabajadores administrativos encuestados,el 78,13% refieren que, la dimensión atención alusuario esta en nivel siempre en relación al nivelsiempre de la dimensión planificación de la gestiónadministrativa. En la dimensión implementaciónlogística también el 78.13% de trabajadores refierenun nivel siempre en relación al nivel siempre de ladimensión ejecución de la gestión administrativa.En la dimensión comportamiento interpersonalel 71.88% de trabajadores encuestados refierenun nivel siempre en relación al nivel siempre de ladimensión evaluación de la gestión administrativa. Encuanto a la variable desempeño laboral el 81.25% detrabajadores encuestados refieren un nivel siempreen relación al nivel siempre de la variable gestiónadministrativa.
