With this design I have observed those phenomena as they were in their context and then analyze it, ie the units of analysis (micro) have been observed in their natural environment and their reality. We worked with a sample of 80 micro evaluated at a level of 95% confidence with an error of 5%. For the collection of information was used as survey instruments based on a series of questions and interviews with the units of analysis. It says: “The proper business training, high level of education and knowledge of information technology are determinants of good business management skills in micro garment of clothing in the Galleries: Stew, Yuyo and Reyna, Complex Gamarra district of Victoria. Also high capacity business management does not limit its development.La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de saber si la insuficiente capacidad de gestión de los microempresarios confeccionistas de prendas de vestir del complejo de Gamarra, distrito de la Victoria, está vinculado con los escasos niveles de desarrollo empresarial. El tipo de investigación fue el descriptivo, con el diseño no experimental, porque no se ha controlado ni se ha manipulado las variables independientes. Con este diseño he observado aquellos fenómenos tal como se dieron en su contexto, para después analizarlo, es decir, las unidades de análisis (microempresarios) han sido observadas en su ambiente natural y en su realidad. Se trabajó con una muestra de 80 microempresarios, evaluados a un nivel de confianza del 95%, con un error del 5 %. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó como instrumentos encuestas y entrevistas a las unidades de análisis. Se afirma: “La adecuada capacitación empresarial, el alto nivel de instrucción y el conocimiento de información tecnológica son factores que determinan la buena capacidad de gestión empresarial en los microempresarios de confecciones de prendas de vestir en las galerías: Guisado, Yuyo y la Reyna, del complejo de Gamarra, distrito de La Victoria.
