The research was conducted in order to determine whether the insufficient management capacity of micro garment Complex Gamarra district of Victoria is linked to low levels of business development. The research was descriptive, with no experimental design, that is not controlled nor manipulated independent variables. With this design I have observed those phenomena as they were in their context and then analyze it, ie the units of analysis (micro) have been observed in their natural environment and their reality. We worked with a sample of 80 micro evaluated at a level of 95% confidence with an error of 5%. For the collection of information was used as survey instruments based on a series of questions and interviews with the units of analysis. It says: “The proper business training, high level of education and knowledge of information technology are determinants of good business management skills in micro garment of clothing in the Galleries: Stew, Yuyo and Reyna, Complex Gamarra district of Victoria. Also high capacity business management does not limit its development.
