Tello, in his charge of republican deputy, between the years of 1917-1929. To do this, it investigates its legislative, representative and oversight participation, based on the following documents: bills, motions, opinions and personal letters. Hoping, in this way, to contribute: on the one hand, with the memory and history of the referred person, as with the political-intellectual history of the nation. |
