Hoping, in this way, to contribute: on the one hand, with the memory and history of the referred person, as with the political-intellectual history of the nation.Este artículo busca comprender el papel, el concepto y la representación de lo indio en la propuesta política de Julio C. Tello, en su cargo de diputado republicano, entre los años de 1917-1929. Para ello, se indaga en su participación legislativa, representativa y fiscalizadora, con base en los siguientes documentos: proyectos de ley, mociones, dictámenes y cartas personales.
