With this, a package of actions was elaborated with a view to perfecting the competences of teachers in methodological and educational work.Este trabajo se llevó a cabo durante el curso académico 2016-2017 en el Departamento de Morfofisiología, Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias, Universidad de Camagüey. Se realizaron observaciones de inspección durante las actividades docentes y encuestas a 19 profesores y 42 estudiantes, para obtener el diagnóstico situacional inicial que permitió determinar las posibles ineficiencias en el proceso docente educativo.
