On the other hand, the Pearson Chi-Square Test and the Spearman Correlation Test were used to test the hypothesis. Finally, the results of these tests showed a significant high correlation between quality educational service and student loyalty.Lograr un servicio educativo de calidad es una prioridad para tener en cuenta en la formación de alumnos de los institutos peruanos de educación superior, ya que al hacerlo estas instituciones fidelizan a sus estudiantes para que terminen la carrera y contribuyan al desarrollo de la sociedad y en esta investigación se tuvo como objetivo determinar la calidad educativa superior técnica y la relación que tiene con la fidelización de los alumnos de la escuela de banca de institutos privados de Surco, asimismo se utilizó la herramienta de la encuesta en un grupo de 129 estudiantes de la mencionada escuela y los resultados evidenciaron que los niveles de fidelización se ven afectados por las dimensiones que componen la calidad del servicio educativo.
