The sample consists of 162 internal employees of small businesses in industrial parks, carrying out targeting the districts: Los Olivos, San Martin de Porras, Lurin, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria in Lima. It is found that the relationship of trust and perception of domestic service partner for social responsibility in small companies of industrial parks of Lima tend to be high and relate to each other.El presente artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio descriptivo correlacional y transversal, cuyo objetivo fue identificar la relación existente entre las relaciones de confianza y la percepción de la calidad de servicio en colaboradores internos de pequeñas empresas de parques industriales de Lima Metropolitana. La muestra constituida por 162 colaboradores internos de pequeñas empresas de parques industriales, llevándose a cabo la focalización en los distritos: Los Olivos, San Martin de Porras, Lurín, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria en Lima Metropolitana.
