The use of these Standards is established in the National Building Regulations that allowed compliance with the objective of designing and carrying out the Dynamic Analysis of the Building under the Earthquake methodology, which is based on the Load factor and resistance design method. Modeling was carried out with the help of ETABS software to obtain results necessary for the design and analysis of the structure. Finally, it was obtained that the building will use the structural system for structural walls, which has a basic reduction coefficient equal to 6 and it is concluded that the methodology used allows guaranteeing the safety, functionality and quality service of a building.En esta investigación se realizó el diseño de una edificación de 4 pisos sin sótano ubicada en la Provincia de Chanchamayo del Perú, destinado a una vivienda multifamiliar conformado por elementos estructurales como columnas, vigas y placas, donde cada una fue diseñada y modelada bajo la Normativa Peruana Cargas E. 020, Diseño Sismorresistente E. 030, Concreto Armado E. 060, Albañilería E. 070 y Condiciones Generales de Diseño A. 010. El uso de estas normas está establecido en el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones que permitió cumplir con el objetivo de diseñar y realizar el Análisis Dinámico de la Edificación bajo la metodología de Sismo, la cual se basa en el método de Diseño de factor de carga y resistencia (Load factor and resistance design). Se realizó el modelamiento con ayuda del software Etabs para obtener resultados necesarios para el diseño y el análisis de la estructura.
