Sumario:The objective of the study is to determine the academic performance of schoolchildren with hyperactivity. A descriptive quantitative methodology was used. The results revealed a high level of hyperactivity in the students. It was concluded that it is necessary to approach hyperactivity in a different way to ensure meaningful learning. It is recommended to implement specific strategies to improve academic performance in students.
