La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar los factores riesgo materno perinatal asociados a macrosomía en recién nacidos en los hospitales Essalud de Puno y Juliaca, año 2017, que se encuentran ubicados en el Departamento de Puno. La investigación tiene un diseño de tipo prospectivo y transversal, los sujetos de la muestra fueron asignados por el método No probabilístico. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento una ficha clínica, para registrar la información sobre las variables de estudio. Los resultados a los que aborda fueron: En el Hospital Essalud, el 87,7% y Juliaca predomina nacimientos macrosómicos de I grado con 87,7% y de grado II con 14,3%; en el Hospital Essalud Juliaca también es más frecuente la macrosomía de grado I con 87,0% respectivamente y macrosomía grado I con 13,0%. Within the educational framework, there is the presence of the leadership that exercises the authority of the institution of Zepita during the year 2017 around the teaching performance. The central purpose of the research is to determine the level of correlation between the two variables: Leadership and teacher performance. The methodology is part of the quantitative design with a population made up of teachers appointed and hired from the institution in mention. The research technique used to collect the data corresponding to the two variables was the survey, its tool being the survey questionnaire. The objective of the study is to determine the academic performance of schoolchildren with hyperactivity. A descriptive quantitative methodology was used. The results revealed a high level of hyperactivity in the students. It was concluded that it is necessary to approach hyperactivity in a different way to ensure meaningful learning. It is recommended to implement specific strategies to improve academic performance in students.
