La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar los factores riesgo materno perinatal asociados a macrosomía en recién nacidos en los hospitales Essalud de Puno y Juliaca, año 2017, que se encuentran ubicados en el Departamento de Puno. La investigación tiene un diseño de tipo prospectivo y transversal, los sujetos de la muestra fueron asignados por el método No probabilístico. The central purpose of the research is to determine the level of correlation between the two variables: Leadership and teacher performance. The methodology is part of the quantitative design with a population made up of teachers appointed and hired from the institution in mention. The objective of the study is to determine the academic performance of schoolchildren with hyperactivity. A descriptive quantitative methodology was used. The results revealed a high level of hyperactivity in the students. It was concluded that it is necessary to approach hyperactivity in a different way to ensure meaningful learning. It is recommended to implement specific strategies to improve academic performance in students.
