The experimental population consisted of 15 parents, divided into three groups: control, ACT and CBT. An A-B univariate multiconditional multigroup experimental design was used. In the ACT workshop, training was proposed for parents on how to manage child behavior through assertiveness guidelines under the contextual therapeutic model, throughout sessions planned under the three basic components of this intervention: acceptance, values and distance.The results showed that the subjects who received the ACT workshop modified inappropriate behaviors, however, no significant differences were found between the CBT and ACT groups.

La población experimental constó de 15 padres de familia, dividido en tres grupos: control, ACT y TCC. Se usó un diseño experimental A-B univariable multicondicional multigrupo. En el taller de ACT, se planteó un entrenamiento a los padres sobre cómo manejar el comportamiento infantil a través de pautas en asertividad bajo el modelo terapéutico contextual, a lo largo de sesiones planificadas bajo los tres componentes básicos de esta intervención: aceptación, valores y distanciamiento.Los resultados mostraron que los sujetos que recibieron el taller ACT modificaron comportamientos inadecuados, sin embargo, no se hallaron diferencias significativas entre los grupos TCC y ACT.Avaliamos o efeito de uma oficina de assertividade focada na terapia de aceitação e compromisso (ACT) voltada aos pais na mudança do comportamento agressivo de seus filhos em comparação com uma intervenção Cognitivo-Comportamental (TCC) padrão, ou seja, descobrir se uma intervenção baseada em ACT ou um tratamento cognitivo-comportamental padrão é mais eficaz, do ponto de vista da análise estatística, bem como da sua relevância clínica. A população experimental foi composta por 15 pais, divididos em três grupos: controle, ACT e TCC. Um delineamento experimental multigrupo multicondicional univariado A-B foi usado.
