The objective is to identify some contributions that contribute to enriching the approach of the circle of understanding by offering conceptual and methodological tools to analyze and intervene in the processes of reading and interpreting texts.El método fenomenológico-hermenéutico de Gadamer ha sido utilizado en diversas disciplinas para el análisis e interpretación de textos. Este artículo explora el método fenomenológico-hermenéutico de Gadamer y su aplicación en el abordaje del círculo de la comprensión. Se presentan aportes como la fusión de horizontes y la importancia de la tradición en la interpretación.
