Las especies más representativas en los moluscos fluviales fueron Physella acuta Dreparnaud, 1805 y Pomacea poeyana (Pilsbry, 1927); y entre los terrestres Praticolella griseola Pfeiffer, 1841. Se observó variación interanual en los índices de diversidad alfa de la malacofauna fluvial y terrestre. Los dendrogramas de similaridad según el método de Ward entre la malacofauna fluvial y terrestre reflejan la formación de dos grupos de años, uno (2012 y 2013), y otro grupo (2014, 2015 y 2016).
