However, these legal frameworks are not effectively enforced and are transgressed. For this reason, three cases of violation of the rights of indigenous populations were selected, in which the existence of factors that cause the ineffectiveness of language policies in Peru is proposed. These files were collected from online government repositories and examined from an analytical-descriptive perspective. Finally, the review of the data revealed the existence of practices that marginalize indigenous communities based on the ideology of a hegemonic language, which leads to centralized public policies, invisibilization of indigenous populations and non-compliance with laws benefiting native languagesEn el Perú, las políticas lingüísticas abarcan un conjunto de normas que velan por el uso y mantenimiento de las diferentes lenguas que se hablan en su territorio. Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina2021-12-30info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdftext/htmlhttps://revistas.lamolina.edu.pe/index.php/tnu/article/view/183710.21704/rtn.v15i2.1837Tierra Nuestra; Vol. 15 No. 2 (2021): July to December; 54-68Tierra Nuestra; Vol. 15 Núm. 2 (2021): Julio a Diciembre; 54-682519-738X1818-4103reponame:Revistas - Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molinainstname:Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molinainstacron:UNALMspahttps://revistas.lamolina.edu.pe/index.php/tnu/article/view/1837/2358https://revistas.lamolina.edu.pe/index.php/tnu/article/view/1837/2415Derechos de autor 2022 Daryl Bridget Valerie Ayala Nagao, Alejandra Antoinette Dioses Tarazona, Yuly Anabell Jaramillo Paredes, Maybe Flores Chávezhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:revistas.lamolina.edu.pe:article/18372022-09-01T18:41:31Z
