description In this research, the objective was to describe the perceptions that university students manifest of their formative process when moving from a face-to-face modality to a virtual one in the time of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic. The object of study was constructed from a sociological perspective that associated objective conditions and the corresponding production of subjectivities. Methodologically, three moments were recovered: 1) determination of social and technological capital; 2) construction of social classes from the determination of the volume and structure of capital; and 3) detection of student perceptions. The results (Cronbach's alpha of 0.913) establish that the lower the volume and structure of the students, the lower the academic performance, the less proclivity to an online work, the greater the need for academic accompaniment and the lower the institutional follow-up. By way of conclusion, an accentuation of the conditions of disadvantage in those vulnerable groups is identified.

El objeto de estudio fue construido desde una perspectiva sociológica que asocie las condiciones objetivas y la correspondiente producción de subjetividades. Metodológicamente, se recuperaron tres momentos: 1) determinación de capitales sociales y tecnológicos; 2) construcción de clases sociales a partir de la determinación del volumen y estructura de capital; y, 3) detección de percepciones de estudiantes. Los resultados (alfa de Cronbach de 0.913) establecen que a menor volumen y estructura de los estudiantes manifiestan un menor desempeño académico, menor proclividad a un trabajo en línea, mayor necesidad de un acompañamiento académico y un menor seguimiento institucional. A manera de conclusión se identifica una acentuación de las condiciones de desventaja en aquellos grupos vulnerables.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi descrever as percepções dos estudantes universitários sobre seu processo de treinamento ao passar de uma modalidade presencial para uma virtual na época da pandemia de SARS-CoV2. O objeto de estudo foi construído a partir de uma perspectiva sociológica que associa condições objetivas e a produção correspondente de subjetividades. Metodologicamente, três momentos foram recuperados: 1) determinação das capitais sociais e tecnológicas; 2) construção de classes sociais a partir da determinação do volume e estrutura do capital; e 3) detecção das percepções dos alunos. Os resultados (o alfa do Cronbach de 0,913) estabelecem que quanto menor o volume e a estrutura dos estudantes, menor o desempenho acadêmico, menor a inclinação para trabalhar on-line, maior a necessidade de apoio acadêmico e menor o monitoramento institucional.
