Descripción
Sumario:The general objective of the article is to determine the relationship between e-learning and competency-based learning in university higher education. The research approach is quantitative of a descriptive-correlational type and a non-experimental-transectional design. The study population amounts to 463 students, to determine the sample, simple random non-probabilistic sampling was applied, with the sample being 210 students from the study programs of the Faculty of Social Sciences: Sociology, Anthropology, Communication Sciences. Social, Art and Tourism of the National University of the Altiplano-Puno. The study concludes that there is a significant relationship between the study variables according to the Rho Spearman correlation: technological infrastructure and attitudinal learning (0.000 < 0.05), virtual platforms and conceptual learning (0.000 < 0.05), virtual teaching and procedural learning (0.000 < 0.05).
