In this project, combining my double specialty of lawyer and teacher, a brief analysis of his normative forecasts on education and university is being understood, understood as the social institutions of enormous importance in personal development, the amalgamation of collective consciousness Forger of national identity and, in a special way, that of the determining factor of the common good, social justice, prosperity and development of our peoples.Como este año se cumplen las dos décadas de vigencia de la Constitución Política de 1993, nuestra naciente Facultad de Derecho y Ciencia Política, ha tenido la acertada iniciativa de reunir artículos y ensayos sobre los diferentes aspectos sustantivos y formales, a título de somero balance que ilustre sus bondades, su concordancia con la realidad y su eficacia como norma fundamental del estado.
