Sumario: | As this year marks the two decades of the Political Constitution of 1993, our nascent Faculty of Law and Political Science has had the right initiative to gather articles and essays on the different substantive and formal aspects, as a shallow balance that illustrate its benefits, its agreement with reality and its effectiveness as a fundamental norm of the state. In this project, combining my double specialty of lawyer and teacher, a brief analysis of his normative forecasts on education and university is being understood, understood as the social institutions of enormous importance in personal development, the amalgamation of collective consciousness Forger of national identity and, in a special way, that of the determining factor of the common good, social justice, prosperity and development of our peoples. |
