Materials and methods: The study is non-experimental, descriptive and quantitative. The sample is made up of 130 teachers from Metropolitan Lima. The instruments to be used is the Maslach Burnout Inventory for educators, which consists of personal and professional characteristics, and the questionnaire, which deals with the perception of the quality of infrastructure and educational resources. Results: It was determined that there is no relationship between stress levels and sex (p = 0.139) or age groups (p = 0.164). Regarding professional factors, academic degree (p = 0.017), years of experience (p = 0.036) and length of stay in the same institution (p = 0.018) are related to work stress. The conditions of school infrastructure (p = 0.056) and the preparation of support staff (p = 0.232) are not related to work stress, unlike access to resources for the development of learning, a factor that is related to work stress (p = 0.002). Conclusions: Work stress is not related to personal factors. Work stress has a significant relationship with professional factors. Work stress is related to the perception of the quality of resources for learning.Objetivos: Analizar la relación entre el estrés laboral de docentes de Lima Metropolitana con factores personales, profesionales y la percepción de la calidad de infraestructura y recursos educativos. Materiales y métodos: El estudio es no experimental, descriptivo y cuantitativo. La muestra está integrada por 130 docentes de Lima Metropolitana. Los instrumentos a utilizar es el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach para educadores, que consiste sobre las características personales y profesionales, y el cuestionario, que trata sobre la percepción de la calidad de la infraestructura y recursos educativos. Resultados: Se determinó que no existe una relación entre los niveles de estrés y el sexo (p = 0,139) o los grupos etarios (p = 0,164). En cuanto a los factores profesionales, el grado académico (p = 0,017), los años de experiencia (p = 0,036) y el tiempo de permanencia en la misma institución (p = 0,018) están relacionados con el estrés laboral. Las condiciones de infraestructura escolar (p = 0,056) y la preparación del personal de apoyo (p = 0,232) no están relacionadas con el estrés laboral, a diferencia del acceso a los recursos para el desarrollo de aprendizajes, factor que sí guarda una relación con el estrés laboral (p = 0,002). Conclusiones: El estrés laboral no guarda relación con factores personales. El estrés laboral posee una relación significativa con factores profesionales.
