The integration was evaluated using a checklist of seven dimensions and applying Cronbach’s alpha reliability model. The results indicate an integration below the maximum level and identify four elements—suppliers, facilities, service departments, and reception—as well as 29 internal and external stakeholders. The service departments showed the greatest weakness, requiring strategies, policies, and improvements in information, infrastructure, and training. These findings are key for enhancing competitiveness in the hospitality industry.Este estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar la integración en la cadena hotelera y caracterizar sus actores y debilidades. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, utilizando entrevistas y análisis-síntesis de fuentes secundarias. La integración se evaluó mediante una lista de chequeo de siete dimensiones, aplicando el modelo de fiabilidad Alpha de Cronbach. Los resultados indican un nivel de integración por debajo del máximo, identificando cuatro eslabones: proveedores, instalaciones, departamentos de servicios y recepción, con veintinueve actores internos y externos. Los departamentos de servicios muestran la debilidad principal, por lo que requieren estrategias, políticas, mejoras en información, infraestructura y capacitación.
