In addition, since it is made from a mixture of two legumes and a pseudo-cereal, it provides essential amino acids to the human body.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo exponer la viabilidad tecnológica de la instalación de una planta productora de una bebida a base de algarrobo, tarwi y quinua a través de la definición del producto, del proceso de producción y de la capacidad de la planta. Esta bebida es una alternativa a la gran cantidad de jugos y gaseosas que tienen un alto contenido de azúcar.
