Documentary harmonization, partial integration and complete integration were considered as levels and as benefits: workforce benefits, organizational benefits and performance benefits. 92% complied with documentary harmonization, 80% with partial integration and 73,5% with complete integration. The greatest benefits were the performance benefits in improving the quality of products and/or services in 65% of the companies. KEYWORDS: industrial management / total quality management / food industry / environmental management / industrial safety / social responsibility of business.En este artículo se reportan los niveles de integración y los beneficios obtenidos por diecisiete empresas de la industria alimentaria de Aguascalientes-México que han integrado dos o más sistemas de gestión. Se consideraron como niveles de integración a la armonización documental, a la integración parcial y a la integración completa; y como beneficios a la fuerza laboral, a la organización y al desempeño. El 92 % cumplía con la armonización documental; el 80 %, con integración parcial; el 73,5%, con la integración completa.
