The research was raised from the holistic understanding, following the parameters of the Holopráxico method and corresponds to a projective type investigation since the final objective of this research allows to propose solutions to a certain situation, starting from a process of inquiry. The analysis technique used was descriptive and frequency statistics; to determine the influence between both events, the Ordinal Logistic Regression test was applied, whose value of theoretical significance is 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant influence of the use of ICT in strengthening the writing skills of teachers of secondary and secondary school. The selected population was 111 teachers of Secondary and Secondary Basic Education of the thirty-six educational institutions of the district of Turbo, Colombia of which nine belong to the urban sector and the remaining twenty-seven to the rural sectorMejorar el nivel de competencia escritural de los docentes a partir de las diferentes redes sociales y plataformas virtuales podrán mejorar la praxis pedagógica a partir de la construcción de ambientes de aprendizaje flexibles y pertinentes a las actuales necesidades educativas.  La investigación se planteó desde la comprensión holística, siguiendo los parámetros del método Holopráxico y corresponde a una investigación de tipo proyectiva ya que el objetivo final de esta pesquisa permite proponer soluciones a una determinada situación, partiendo de un proceso de indagación. La técnica de análisis utilizada fue la estadística descriptiva y de frecuencia; para determinar la influencia entre ambos eventos se aplicó la prueba de Regresión Logística Ordinal cuyo valor de la significancia teórica es 0,000 < 0,05, lo que indica que existe una influencia significativa del uso de las TIC en el fortalecimiento de las competencias escriturales de los docentes de básica secundaria.
