The statistical analysis was carried out using the chi-square statistical test. Results: 56.99% expressed good quality of care and adequate satisfaction of 55.4%, there being a significant relationship between quality of care and satisfaction in postpartum women treated at the hospital level (p=0.019), it was also found that there is relationship between the quality of care and Infrastructure (p.=Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre calidad de atención del Parto Humanizado y satisfacción de las puérperas en el Hospital Hipólito Unanue de Tacna. Método: Estudio no experimental, relacional, prospectivo con corte transversal. Se aplicó dos cuestionarios a una muestra de 193 puérperas inmediatas, en el período de enero a junio del año 2023. El análisis estadístico se realizó mediante la prueba estadística de chi-cuadrado.
