description This article deals with an analysis of the need to assimilate the paradigm of pedagogical innovation in universities: socioformation. Taking up the humanistic approach to education, and epistemology of complex thought. Because of urgency of forming new generations for the knowledge society. It is necessary to train students aware of their reality and capable of generating new knowledge and, to be better people. Undergraduates show optimal performance in solving problems in the context in which they live, in a position to insert themselves into the social, labor and technological world of this century, with environmental sustainability, improving living conditions and acting with commitment and respect in projects social, through the application of complex thinking and collaborative work. From a panoramic synthesis, theoretical and epistemological approach, methodology, basic features of the teaching profile and some logistical aspects to consider, aligned to this approach, are exposed. In conclusion, it is highlighted that competency-based training implies a paradigm shift compared to traditional education, based on the competency-based approach. Therefore, it seeks to generate reflection on pedagogical practices and adoption of socioformation in the curricular management of universities.

Therefore, it seeks to generate reflection on pedagogical practices and adoption of socioformation in the curricular management of universities.El presente artículo, aborda un análisis de la necesidad de asimilar en las universidades, el paradigma de innovación pedagógica: la socioformación, que retomando el enfoque humanista de la educación, y la epistemología del pensamiento complejo; dado la urgencia de formar nuevas generaciones para la sociedad del conocimiento. Es necesario formar estudiantes conscientes de su realidad y capaces de generar nuevos conocimientos y, por ende, ser mejores personas. Que los egresados evidencien desempeños óptimos en la solución de problemas del contexto en el que vivan, en condiciones de insertarse en el mundo social, laboral y tecnológico del presente siglo, con sostenibilidad ambiental, mejorando condiciones de vida y actuando con compromiso y respeto en proyectos sociales, mediante la aplicación del pensamiento complejo y el trabajo colaborativo. Desde una síntesis panorámica se exponen el enfoque teórico y epistemológico, la metodología, los rasgos básicos del perfil docente y algunos aspectos logísticos a considerar, alineados a tal enfoque. Finalmente en las consideraciones finales, se remarca que la formación basada en competencias implica un cambio de paradigma frente a la educación tradicional, basado en el enfoque por competencias. En este sentido se busca generar reflexión sobre las prácticas pedagógicas y la adopción de la socioformación en la gestión curricular de las universidades.Este artigo analisa a necessidade de assimilar o paradigma da inovação pedagógica nas universidades: a sócio-formação, que retoma a abordagem humanista da educação e a epistemologia do pensamento complexo, dada a urgência de formar novas gerações para a sociedade do conhecimento. É necessário formar estudantes conscientes de sua realidade e capazes de gerar novos conhecimentos e, portanto, de serem pessoas melhores. Os graduados devem demonstrar ótimo desempenho na solução de problemas no contexto em que vivem, em condições de se inserir no mundo social, trabalhista e tecnológico deste século, com sustentabilidade ambiental, melhorando as condições de vida e agindo com compromisso e respeito em projetos sociais, através da aplicação de pensamento complexo e trabalho colaborativo. A partir de uma síntese panorâmica, são apresentados a abordagem teórica e epistemológica, a metodologia, as características básicas do perfil pedagógico e alguns aspectos logísticos a serem considerados, alinhados com esta abordagem. Finalmente, nas considerações finais, ressalta-se que o treinamento baseado na competência implica uma mudança de paradigma em comparação com a educação tradicional, baseada na abordagem baseada na competência.
